1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices.

  • Show no signs of misuse, damage, or modification caused by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer negligence or misuse.

  • Products with missing accessories or original packaging.

  • Products returned after the 7-day return period.

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless defective).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A refund

  • Store credit

  • An alternative product of equal value

5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect item sent by us

We will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return Policy.
